If you are not looking to move out of your property while the work is being done we can cover you under our
home insurance policy whilst renovations are underway.
If your property is to be unoccupied during renovations we can cover your property on a full or limited perils basis.
This basically means that we will cover your buildings for everything you would be covered for under your home insurance policy or on a limited perils basis.
Whilst any structural works are undertaken during your renovations. cover will reduce to:Fire, Lightning, Earthquake, Explosion and impact by aircraft also known as FLEEA as most builders should have an element of Contractors All Risks cover in place.
